John Crosby

John Crosby

John was a very funny guy with a dynamic personality.  I don't think he ever met a stranger.

Always considered John a good friend. Had many funny moments together and will remember him as a standup guy. Condolences to his family.

Not sure what to say about John.  I am glad he was in my life, he made it better.  We laughed with and at each other.  Mr Clean, I will see you again.

We had many memorable personalities in our class.  It was truly a special group.  I think all of us would agree John Crosby was one we would always remember.  It was just fun to be around him.  Blessings and comfort are wished for his loved ones.  In friendship, Pat

Lois and I have many favorite memories of John. In our junior and senior years we frequently went to lunch at The Plantation Drive-Inn restaurant for hamburgers and onion rings with John and Ann Hart. We went in John's car (a VW I think) and I do not know how we got there and back to school  in one hour. I think John was a very fast driver! The other major memory (how could we ever forget) was when John and Ann showed up at about 8 pm at our honeymoon suite at the Howard Johnson's in Hickory. How bout that for fancy digs only a few miles from our wedding site in Charlotte. They humored us by not staying too long. Thank goodness!

John was always a trickster, a prankster and a joker with his friends. As with all our classmates we are separated by time and distance, but he will have a prominent place in our memories forever.
