My heartfelt condolences goes out to Busters Family. My prayers are with all the family and friends. Buster was my brother Herman Frazier best friend, since childhood. even though they lost touch with each other, they still held a special bond and brought many memories over the years. We lived on State street down from the Seversville Elementary School, The Tanner Family lived closer to West Trade Street, but they always met at the school grounds to play ball or hanging out all over the area. My brother died in 2007 and I ran into Buster at the Coliseum several times, while I was working there too, always first words were something about my brother, the memories and love they shared. Buster was one of a kind, so well loved by everyone, and the life he lived in danger on the police force and Sheriffs Dept, had been shot pretty bad years ago, but he kept on. RIP Buster, you left a Legacy behind that all your friends and family will always keep near and dear to their heart. I was like a little sister to you as I was to my only brother Herman/Johnny to many. Now you can meet him in Heaven and hang out again, Give him a hug for me.
